LineMaster Falcon
Affordable inline 2D-3D automated optical inspection powered by Detech2 Technology — designed to deliver professional inspection capability without the premium price.
The LineMaster Falcon detects absence/presence, polarity, OCR, solder defects, and lead quality with very low false call rates. A 12 MP CCD camera with a telecentric lens and RGBW+ (UV) lighting inspects components down to 01005 on boards up to 20″ × 20″ standard, or 800 × 510 mm with the optional carrier. A laser sensor for height checks is optional.
